The client sought support to develop the business strategy for this fresh, new and exciting consultancy. A fantastic opportunity for fiona melvin-farr consulting to work closely with the organisation at the embryonic stage of a business. Working in partnership with Claire and using established business strategy tools we created a comprehensive plan including a clear brand, vision and mission for the organisation. Target markets, audiences, product service offerings, competitor analysis, communications, pricing and budgeting were all worked on in detail providing a platform with which to launch.
Part of the remit was to create an identity, logo and strapline reflecting key values with ‘People’ at its heart. fmfc were delighted to brief and partner with talented Meredith Wilkie, graphic designer on the visually creative stage of the project.
